Clean 9 Day 9 201lbs!!

What a finish to the detox, 9lbs lost in 9 days and amazingly without feeling tired, grumpy or hungry. Fantastic! I thought before starting, that at the end I would be craving chocolate, beer and all the other vices I have but instead the thought of junk food is unappealing, I fancy a salad or something, which is a bit disturbing.

Anyway this has been a resounding success and I am going to move onto the 30 day Nutri lean  programme which is designed to help me achieve a realistic balance for lifetime of healthy eating. Hmmm sounds optimistic. Lets see how it goes.

Clean 9 Day 8 203lbs

Only one day left and I am feeling a bit sad about it. On the clean 9 detox I have been having 120 mls of Aloe gel regularly and I am going to miss that, it really is amazing stuff. Tastes pretty grim but leaves me feeling all pure and healthy and of course irritatingly cheerful.

Clean 9 Day 7. 203lbs

Nothing to report still feeling really good and 7lbs down on day one. Still fat and a way to go though!

Clean 9 Day 6. 203lbs

The lack of substantial food does not seem to cause me to feel hungry, I just feel good. I mean really good, not just in mood but in body too. For years my back has been dodgy and that has made simple things like playing silly games with the boys a painful experience, usually resulting in sciatica or stiffness. Now I am rolling around like a kid, ok a fat undignified kid but a kid non the less.

Clean 9 Day 5. 203lbs!

5 days down and 7lbs lost! I can actually do up my trousers!

The detox is really doing its stuff now, I am sleeping better and feel full of energy. Fantastic!

Clean 9 Day 3. 205lbs

I am finding this whole detox thing a doddle now! Today I could have 2 shakes and a 600 calorie meal in addition to the Aloe Gel, bee pollen and Garcinia tablets. Oddly when it came to my evening meal I didn't really feel that hungry. Also I feel irritatingly cheerful and full of energy, just the opposite of the way I have felt when dieting in the past.
